Linear L-Series Epoxy Sealer Kit is available in L-117 Black or L-118 Gray. Each kit includes one 1-gallon can of the selected sealer and one 1-gallon can of L-121 Epoxy Sealer Activator. Mixed 1:1, the kit makes 2 sprayable gallons.

How it works

This L-series epoxy sealer is designed for wet-on-wet sealing before basecoat. Apply it over properly prepared primer or use it direct to properly prepared bare metal before basecoat. It can also be used as an epoxy primer.

It uses the moisture-scavenging and rust-encapsulation technology of Linear's L-series high-build epoxies for bare-metal adhesion and corrosion protection.

  • Mix 1:1 with L-121 Epoxy Sealer Activator; no induction period
  • 2 sprayable gallons per kit: 1 gallon sealer plus 1 gallon activator
  • 1.5–2.0 mils dry, cured film build per coat
  • 1-hour flash before basecoat
  • 4-day recoat window
  • No lift window
  • Minimal shrinkage and excellent layout
