Refund policy

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and included components.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
- Custom Color Basecoats.
- OEMatch Basecoats.
- Any mixed paints, custom-mixed coatings, or made-to-order paint products.
- Opened paint products, opened chemical products, or used items.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Digital products, ebooks, online courses, and downloadable content once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
- Gift cards.
- Any item otherwise marked non-returnable at the time of sale.
How to start a return
- Submit your request through /pages/contact.
- Include order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective or incorrect item.
- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different item, size, or variant, request an approved return for the original item and place a new order separately.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us through /pages/contact within 7 days of delivery.
- If you purchased Order Protection, transit-related shipping damage, loss, theft, or misdelivery claims should be submitted through the Order Protection claims portal first.
- If you received the wrong item, are missing items due to packing error, or received a defective product, we will review the issue under this policy.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue when possible so we can review it quickly.
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us through /pages/contact within 7 days of delivery.
- If you purchased Order Protection, transit-related shipping damage, loss, theft, or misdelivery claims should be submitted through the Order Protection claims portal first.
