Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell products and services online.

- we reserve the right to discontinue products or services at any time

Nothing on the Site guarantees that a product or service will always be available.

Custom-mixed, opened, used, made-to-order, final-sale, or otherwise non-returnable items may be excluded from return or refund eligibility as stated on the Site, at checkout, or in our refund policy.

Transit-related shipping issues may be subject to Order Protection where purchased and available. Confirmed fulfillment errors, wrong items sent by us, missing items caused by packing error, and confirmed product defects may be reviewed under our refund policy or warranty policy, as applicable.
