All Linear Blocking Tools are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
What is covered
- Product failures caused by normal use and normal operating conditions.
- Structural failures not caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper storage.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alteration.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.
How to file a claim
- Submit a warranty claim through /pages/contact.
- Include order number, product details, photos/video of failure, and a short description of the issue.
Claim resolution
- Approved claims are resolved at our discretion by replacement or equivalent remedy.
- For approved warranty claims, customers are responsible for inbound shipping and we cover replacement outbound shipping within the U.S.
