## Processing times

- Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days under normal conditions.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, backorders, or other unusual demand periods.
- Mixed paint and made-to-order items, including custom colors and OEMatch products, may require an additional 2-4 business days of processing time depending on mix-line workload and order volume.

## Shipping carriers

- We ship using UPS and USPS.
- Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

## Delivery estimates

- Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs processing, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.

## Tracking

- If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after your order ships.

## Address accuracy

- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

## Inspecting your order

- Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
- If your package appears lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or misdelivered, follow the Order Protection claim process first if you purchased Order Protection.
- If you believe you received the wrong item, are missing items because of a packing error, or received a defective product, contact us through `/pages/contact` within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the issue under our Refund Policy or Warranty Policy.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue when possible so we can review it quickly.

## Optional Order Protection

- We offer optional Order Protection at checkout.
- Order Protection is recommended and is enabled by default at checkout because we ship paint, primer, and other products that may be more susceptible to transit damage, leakage, handling issues, or delivery complications.
- If you purchased Order Protection, eligible transit-related shipping issues should be submitted through the Order Protection claims portal linked in your order confirmation or available at `https://claim.orderprotection.com/`.
- Based on Order Protection's current shopper-facing materials, eligible claim categories may include issues such as lost packages, stolen packages, delivered-not-received claims, carrier damage, returned-to-sender shipments, tracking-not-moving issues, and certain address or shipping-delay issues, subject to approval.
- Claims are subject to Order Protection's terms, approval process, and supporting-document requirements. Depending on the claim type, customers may be asked to provide claim details, photos, signature confirmation, or updated shipping information.
- Approved Order Protection claims may be resolved through refund, reshipment, or store credit, depending on the claim and available resolution options.

## Orders without Order Protection

- If you remove or decline Order Protection at checkout, your order is not eligible for Order Protection claim coverage or its expedited claim-resolution process.
- Because Order Protection is offered and recommended at checkout for transit-related risks, customers who decline that coverage assume greater responsibility for loss, theft, carrier damage, misdelivery, and similar shipping-related risks after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- For transit-related shipping issues on unprotected orders, contact us through `/pages/contact` within 7 days of the marked delivery date or as soon as the issue becomes known.
- We may provide available shipment records, tracking details, or carrier documentation upon request, but we do not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, reshipment, or claim recovery for orders that did not include Order Protection.
- This section does not limit review of confirmed fulfillment errors, wrong items sent by us, missing items caused by packing error, or confirmed product defects, which are handled under our Refund Policy and, where applicable, our Warranty Policy.

## International orders

- International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by their destination country.
