Collection: 8" Linear Blocks

These are unreal to use and can.t believe how they uncover what you thought was good !!!!!

I'm no pro, but I love this 2' flexible block. This is the first long board I've used that has a hard sanding surface, but is flexible enough to conform to body curves. I'm using it on my 1971 Cutlass S that I just put a new roof skin and A-Pillars on. I think it's real advantage is the hard, but flexible acrylic surface. The vast majority of the panels on this A-body are compound curves. I have a hard longboard, but it cannot curve, and it's got thin rubber padding on it. The foam type long boards are easy to make waves because the surface iteslf can depress in over bumps. It's not going to replace the other long boards, but I sure am choosing this new one a lot. I could immediately see that it was getting the surface flatter because of the sanding pattern. If you zoom into the attached photos, you can see the scuffed and un-scuffed areas that showed up immediately. This whole area was blocked down already withy foam longboards.

These blocks are easy to handle and you know you are getting a true surface. Would highly recommend!!

Such a awesome design. It's everything I've herd it is. The block isn't real flexible but that is ok I needed it for flat panels and it does block flat and straight thank you

I love the way they work i do have a concern about one of them is already wrinkling up a little the velcro is starting to come loose afraid its going to effect the flatness when blocking

Although i haven't used the project yet as i made the purchase for an upcoming project, i ordered a couple of longer flexible ones as well as the 12 inch rigid one. When they came in, all 3 i purchased were flexible ones. I emailed them with the issue and promptly got a reply back saying the correct one would be shipped out to me. I asked if they would include a return tag and they said no, just keep the other one for my trouble. Great customer service is sometimes more valuable than a great product which they seem to be as well.

These blocks are amazing. The customer service is stellar as well. After 35 years in the industry, I have used a number of different blocks, and these are at the top of the heap.
