Bought this block with the 18” set. I use all three versions of the 18” blocks regularly. These are the best blocks I’ve used. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

I’ve been doing bodywork for 17 years now. For the longest time the go to blocks were durablocks and 3m. These blocks separate themselves from the rest. Comfortable feel in the hands and contour to the panel. I bought a starter set of 4 blocks but I will be purchasing more!

Started a project with a friend that had all the tools and was teaching me as we went. Unfortunately things changed and my friend moved out of state. Now that I have the bug, I have started to build my tools. Tried a couple other acrylic blocks on the market, the linear block is my favorite. I thought I had blocked out a run in my bedside, but the linear block showed me very quickly I was wrong. Now it’s as straight as an arrow. Can’t waiting to have them all and hopefully make it to one of the classes.

I have been doing bodywork 40 years my work has never been flatter and Strader until I purchased these blocks . The wet sand paper is awesome best I have ever used. My work has improved tremendously i highly recommended purchasing a set money well spent.

I was gifted this book for my birthday. It is a continued resource for me as I learn to restore my twin first gen Monte Carlos!!! Can't wait for them to do more book to add to my resources.

I’ve purchased the 18” and up blocks and they are hands down the best long blocks I’ve used to date. I’ve even gone as far recently to purchase other known block manufacturers blocks with the flaps for handles to compare with just to make a fair review. The linear blocks gives a tube for better hand placement then other blocks. The flexible blocks works exactly as described and provide excellent sanding for curved surfaces. They won’t disappoint.

These work great for large areas that require a light touch when blocking, like hoods, roofs and deck lids.

Loved the 2000 grit paper on my linear rigid block. I’ve tried lots of brands of rolls like these, they either come off because of water getting in or the year apart when removing them. With the linear paper, I had none of these problems, ordering more for sure!!! Has the right amount of cut and good longevity. Perfect balance of cut and how long they last. Highly recommend! Products like these are what make a good paint job an amazing paint job, it’s all about the details.

Bought my first 18” rigid block, and absolutely love it. Good ergonomics, extremely well made, these aren’t some cheap plastic, dropped it a few time onto the concrete from the top of a pick up truck and it didn’t even chip it, super tough. I can’t wait to have all the blocks available. I had originally wet sanded this whole grand national and it was ready to buff, noticed some waves so I figured I would try the linear blocks and their sandpaper, since I’ve tried other adhesive backed sand papers and they never stayed on when wet sanding, these stay on and come off easy.
